Hivekan licences are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom, acting as merchant of record.
Paddle is therefore the seller: it collects payment, collects and remits the tax applicable in the buyer's country, and issues the invoice. Its buyer terms govern the transaction.
The relationship between the buyer and the Publisher is governed by the end user licence agreement, which sets out the rights granted over the software, delivery, support and warranties.
Intellectual property
The Hivekan software, its source code, the "Hivekan" name, this website and its content - text, layout, graphics - are the property of the Publisher, except for third-party components subject to their own licences.
Handing the source code to a customer conveys the rights described in the licence agreement, and those alone.
Liability and links
The Publisher endeavours to keep this site accurate and current, without guaranteeing that it is free of error or available without interruption. As the software's features may change, only the documentation delivered with the version purchased is authoritative.
The site links to third-party sites - the demo, the host, the payment provider - over which the Publisher has no control and for which it is not answerable.

An offer reserved to businesses
Hivekan is sold exclusively to businesses - companies, public bodies, associations and self-employed professionals - for the purposes of their activity. The order form asks for the organisation's registered name and a declaration to that effect.
It is therefore not sold to consumers, and the schemes belonging to consumer law - right of withdrawal, consumer mediation - do not apply. If, by way of exception, a consumer were to contract, the mandatory provisions of that law would remain theirs.
Should a dispute arise, write first to contact@hivekan.com: the vendor answers in person, and most are settled there. Disputes about the purchase transaction itself - payment, invoice, execution of a refund - fall to Paddle, the seller, which has its own complaint channels at paddle.net; the Publisher backs your request whenever it falls within its refund policy.
